Responsible for all aspects of service delivery to our Commercial Lines clients, Ms. Orr-Lanshe supervises a staff of twelve client service professionals, including Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Claim and Loss Control Executives and various support personnel. She has more than 25 years insurance industry experience in progressively responsible roles including Claims Adjuster, Customer Service Representative, Account Manager, Marketing Executive, and Account Executive with several national brokers and large regional independent agencies. She was named an Assistant Vice President of Brown & Brown of Texas, Inc. in 2006.

Ms. Orr-Lanshe’s background and experience includes deep knowledge of the insurance program coverage and servicing needs of a variety of industries including hospitality, construction, manufacturers, retailers, public entities and professional firms.

Having earned her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1992 and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2004, Ms. Orr-Lanshe has been actively involved in insurance industry continuing education as a both a teacher and leader. She has served as past Chairman of the CPCU Houston chapter as well as its Candidate Development and Education Committees. Ms. Orr-Lanshe has also previously taught the CPCU Property, Insurance 21, Insurance 22, and Insurance 23 courses for the CPCU society. In addition, Ms. Orr-Lanshe has previously served as Vice President and Board of Directors member for Northwest Municipal Utility District No. 32 and currently serves as Vice President and Board of Directors member for Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 145. She is a licensed Property / Casualty Commercial & Personal Lines and Group Health, Life and Benefits broker.
