Mr. Holland has more than thirty years experience as an insurance professional. He began his insurance career right out of college by joining Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Claims Adjuster. He quickly progressed to Claims Supervisor and later rose to become Branch Manager for their Texas region. In 1984, Mr. Holland launched his own independent insurance agency, United Employers Insurance Agency, Inc., where he served as President. Over the next two decades he built a highly successful multi-million dollar insurance agency business. In 2007, Mr. Holland sold his company to Brown & Brown of Texas, Inc. and subsequently became a Senior Vice President and Sales Executive with our firm.

A highly respected technician, Mr. Holland’s clients quickly understand that his experience, professional credentials and deep coverage knowledge allows him to offer them unparalleled protection at the lowest possible cost. Handling one of our company’s largest and most diverse portfolio of clients, there are few industry classes with which he is unfamiliar.

Mr. Holland is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a licensed Risk Manager (ARM). He is a licensed commercial and personal lines (Property / Casualty), group and individual Health, Life, Disability, Annuity and Long Term Care broker in Texas and a number of other states.
