Ms. Dalrymple joined Brown & Brown in 2005 as Quality Control Manager and brings more than 20 years insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, she held various commercial insurance positions with several independent agencies and was the Commercial Lines Manager of a Houston area independent agency for 11 years. Prior to that, she was a supervisor with Exxon Mobil.

Responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction, quality assurance, compliance, and training across all departments within Brown & Brown of Texas, Inc., Ms. Dalrymple’s leadership is instrumental in our company’s ability to provide excellent service to our clients.

A graduate of the University of Houston with a B.S. degree in Mathematics, she has also earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Accredited Insurance Advisor (AAI) professional designations. She is an active participant in the Houston CPCU chapter and has served as past chair of its education committee. Ms. Dalrymple has previously taught various portions of the society’s professional insurance education curriculum and helped countless insurance professionals earn their certifications. In addition, she is past President and Board of Directors member of the Covered Bridge Condominium Association and serves the Houston community as a literacy tutor and mentor for the underprivileged.
